hg333 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200.
• The deposit account must be in the registered member's own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (exceptions may apply in certain cases).
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at hg333 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Similarly, depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• The bonus will be cancelled if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time.
• Bets placed with bonus balance may not count equally across all games.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the account will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

hg333's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback

• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on continued activity and participation on the platform. hg333 reserves the right to change VIP criteria.

All users on the hg333 platform must behave honestly, transparently, and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers (bonus abuse).
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Using any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to hack another user's account or steal their information.
• Intentionally exploiting any platform error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

In the event of any of the above violations, hg333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice and to forfeit the balance.

Any member may request to close their account at any time. The remaining balance may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.

hg333 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms.
• In the event of fraud or suspicious activity.
• In the event of providing false information.
• In the event of failure to complete identity verification.
• If the user is found to be underage.
